Rebekah Gouger

Grant Development and Client Manager

Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University in Intercultural Studies with a minor in Teaching English as a Second or Other Language (TESOL). After college, she spent time working for a nonprofit in the Seattle public school system. After Rebekah moved to Chattanooga in 2017, she investigated elder abuse for the State of Tennessee where she worked on a Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant. She then went to work for the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga where she worked on COVID response, Impact Investing, and yearly grant cycles. Each experience has informed Rebekah's passion for community development and has heightened her grant development skills.
